stylish resortgood food qualityattentive staff
the resort was stylish, with food that was both plentiful and of good quality (i especially loved the variety). staff members were attentive. i appreciated the 24-hour security, as it, i enjoyed the entertainment on the nights i was there.
the drinks, while all-inclusive, were not premium brands, i did notice that the location of the resort was not in a particularly good part of town, made me a little cautious about venturing out.

the resort offers easy access to transportation, i could easily get a taxi or the shuttle to the medina. i typically used taxis to visit other places. the shuttle bus to the medina was free.

the pools and grounds are beautiful, with palm and citrus trees throughout. the resort has sun activities like bowls, tennis, and volleyball. the sun beds are comfortable and have garden pillows. i saw a inviting bar next to the lobby.

the hotel was very comfy and tidy. my room was well-kept. the rooms were decent, though somewhat dated. the hotel provides cleaning service.

i found the food to be good, with a good selection and presentation. the buffet style meals offer plentiful options, there was always something that i liked. i especially enjoyed breakfast and the variety of choices.

the staff were polite, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. the staff are very friendly and helpful. ameen and abdeldhani in the restaurant were excellent at their jobs. hasna in the bar also provided excellent service.

limited entertainmentrestricted drinks
the evening entertainment was very limited i found it concluded far too early at 10:30pm. this made for rather quiet evenings with few options. the selection of drinks included within the all-inclusive package felt somewhat restricted. i would have appreciated a wider range of choices especially regarding cocktails and premium spirits. the lack of variety became noticeable after a few days.
